The front desk staff was amazing, the medical staff was great and the doctor was the best! My only issue is after scheduling my surgery, the scheduling coordinator who I was working with never returned my calls or emails when I needed paperwork for my job for leave. I tried talking to everyone from the front desk to the leave office and never got what I needed. Thankfully, through mychart the amazing nurse Danielle was able to help me turn around the paperwork for my deadline - thanks to her my leave was approved!!
So grateful for Dr. PAZ and his staff.
I have had Dr. Paz for several years. Knee problems. I found him because while wearing my knee brace , several people stopped me in this area to give me his name! Very attentive Dr
This is a horrible place to go to no one ever answers the phone too many people sitting around doing nothing and when you call when you do get through to somebody if you do it's always the updating their system they've been updating their system for the last 10 years
I don’t think Dr. Mark Swartz has bedside manner. He may be a good surgeon. Some may say to me being a good surgeon is to see your patient from beginning to end trying everything you can. This doctor told me there was nothing else he could do for me and don’t make another appointment And I can’t even lift my arm and he left me like this so my primary now I have a new doctor and hopefully he can do more for me.
