Caring people, felt at ea
As I approach the third day of my total knee replacement, I am still waiting for the “hammer to drop”. I waited so long to be out of pain doing everything and almost anything I could to avoid this. The worst part so far was the terror I worked myself into to leading up to the surgery. The staff could not have been any more helpful or kind from day one. My appointment was last Tuesday with an orthopedic and when I went there for a spine and neck pain but only an MD physician saw me. They DO NOT have orthopedics and only regular doctors. Not worth a visit in my opinion.
I called to make an appointment. I was on the phone for 12 minutes, for the hand & wrist, she put me on hold and I was back in the queue , caller 6. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
