So dissatisfied!! I called last Tues to try and get a refill on my mom's medication for her breathing!! Called two days later, the girl that answered was rude and said they said my message doctor but no reply back yet I asked if someone knew when it would be looked at and they could not give me an answer. So I called again today and all of a sudden my message was not in there it was never taken Plus they had my number wrong after I gave it to them 3 times. Another 5-Star visit with Dr. Krol and his outstanding team...Linda B, Miriam A, and Amy Spirometry tech.
Had cardiopulmonary testing done here. The main nurse that worked with me, Barb, greeted me with a smile and throughout the approx 1 hr process, was patient, very personable and explained what was being done and why, as well as answering any of my questions. Was very sensitive to me feeling comfortable at each and every stage. Another nurse named Jill came in later and continued the excellent care. Kudos to them both. Highly recommend using this office.
