After waiting for 2 hours, I was brought back to a room. Unfortunately, they put me back out into the waiting room because they called the wrong patient. During my short visit in this room, there was an open syringe on the floor, in a room that was supposed to be ready for a patient.

Here one for the record book, I reached out to the President of Virtua hospital Dennis Pullin to finally get help on an issue that never should of happened and I keep getting the run around on. Don’t mess with me because I will find a way to reach the top hotdog in charge. Lourdes Medical Associate (which is now apart of Vitrua Hospital) billing and business office are the worst. This problem started in May. If you want his number let me know.

Avoid this hospital like the plague. I was in a car accident on January 11th. The waiting room was pretty empty. I sat in the waiting room for several hours then when they finally took me back, it was 5 more hours before a doctor saw me. They didn't so much as give me ibuprofen for the pain. She saw me for less than 5 minutes, did a quick ultrasound and discharged me. Kicker, the bill is $1200!!!! And apparently I'm responsible for $282. Because I sat on a bed for 5 hours.
