Absolutely love my new primary, Dr. Peterson. After my Dr retired I was nervous about seeing someone new. She is very thorough, kind, and patient. Dr. Peterson explained everything and made sure I didn't have any questions left unanswered.
A medical office should not have staff that insulate the physicians from the patients and decide whether they merit being connected to the main desk when they call. It is an unethical delegation of the doctor’s authority to leave the doctor free to generate revenue.
Dr. Patel has ruined me! I refuse to see any other PCP, unless it's an emergency of course. You can tell he truly cares, and is on top of your health care. And his health care team seems to take the same cue. Bless them all.
Always have a great experience here. Staff is wonderful and Dr Patel is the best! Highly recommend.
