I recently had an appointment with Nicole Zegar, APN. She was so kind and attentive with her care. She listened to my concerns and eased my anxiety about my healthcare options. Her bedside manner is flawless. I truly love the staff at this office, and I always feel like a VIP when I visit.
Dr. Williams was knowledgeable and cared about her patients. She listened to you this was important to me. Most talk over you and seem annoyed your asking questions and have an issue. She will be missed in that office. I looking for a new Dr. And office.
I have been disappointed with this place lately. Yesterday was the second time I’ve tried to see my primary doctor because I was sick and was told to go to urgent care cause there’s nothing available. When I called I was trying to get a same day appointment cause my doctor has been seeing me for over to years for a cough only this time I was having trouble breathing too. I have tried multiple times to get a same day appointment because I am sick that. I call as early as possible and still can’t get in!! I always end up going to Patient First urgent care which cost me $20 more in copay. This is crazy. Why do I have a doctor that I can’t see when sick!!!!
Liked the doctor Rehman but some of the staff and the office manager were not cooperative. The office manager I think does not like white people . That is why I changed to Moorestown office , very happy there.
