I have been disappointed with this place lately. Yesterday was the second time I’ve tried to see my primary doctor because I was sick and was told to go to urgent care cause there’s nothing available. When I called I was trying to get a same day appointment cause my doctor has been seeing me for over to years for a cough only this time I was having trouble breathing too. I have tried multiple times to get a same day appointment because I am sick that. I call as early as possible and still can’t get in!! I always end up going to Patient First urgent care which cost me $20 more in copay. This is crazy. Why do I have a doctor that I can’t see when sick!!!!
Liked the doctor Rehman but some of the staff and the office manager were not cooperative. The office manager I think does not like white people . That is why I changed to Moorestown office , very happy there.
I'm home by myself sick with the flu or covid. The on call doctor said I have to come in to be tested but they have no appointments to go to urgent care. I told her I cannot come in I'm too sick I can't lift my head. She wouldn't even prescribe Tamiflu. They were no help.
I was misinformed on a diagnosis and sent to do a battery of tests, then went through two weeks of emotional distress and upsetting my family. I do not like video sessions. Although I understand the convenience of them and would rather receive information at an office in person. I spent two weeks in torment wondering if I had serious health issues.
