I've been a patient here 10 years. I find the staff are caring, capable. Only negative is waiting times but understandable given the practitioners do not rush and take time to make sure the patient is comfortable.
First appointment here. Brittany Guest, APN thorough and caring. Madeline B, Medical Asst. accommodating and cheerful. Glad I made this appointment!

My Care Team was amazing! Ms. Essence was like a breath of fresh air, so kind, comforting, and made me feel better about coming in. Ms. Jessica was great too! She actually listened to me. She showed care, compassion, empathy, and was very knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing a PCP with a great staff!
I have tjis happen more than once. I'm on meficare the Dr said I d h would get a shingles shot and could do in the office. Well meficare dont pay for it to be done in the office. As I called meficare they laugh saying it common knowledge that it not covered in the office. Meficare said the office is suppose to send you to pharmacy. I the called the virtua main number . I told the navigator that I wanted to speak to a patient advocate. She told me it has to be a hospital complaint. We see they own these practices it should fa... read more
