My father, Robert has been a patient of Dr. Mary Campagnolo for over a year and is very happy with her services. She is compassionate and extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I would do a 0 stars if possible, I usually I understand delays or if the front staff is not having a good day, but I expect from my provider to be professional, which was not the case, I saw JESSICA TONIA (APN) only once in my life, but she still felt like could yell at me through the phone, talking about such a delicate matter like people's health, I have anxiety and she gave me a wrong diagnose without thinking the consequences of the words she spoke, I now understand why she had so many available spots, I strongly recomm... read more
Husband and I had two different providers, same building, same appointment times. Care vastly different. To add, the front desk denied that we would owe a copay or bill when I asked. Then, to add to the "wonderful" experience, I received a big bill. Just wow. I recently went to a new pcp appointment... did my history on thier app. Did everything. Showed up. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Very unimpressed with this facility and the staff working in it. We came in for a new patient appointment on the 16th with Jessica C Tonia, because I needed a medical history form filled out and signed. Firstly, she says she’d fill it out and it would be done by Thursday, the 18th. She also says the office is open until 7PM on Thursday’s. I get a PPD test done during the appointment, and we go in on Thursday at 5, to see nobody there at all and the doors are all unlocked. I’d say ... read more
I have been to this office three times now and seen a doctor one out of three times. They cancel appointments without telling you. I had an appointment they reschedule because doc was away made me a new appointment I just showed up for and they said it was cancelled three minutes after it was made. I did not cancel any appointments. I have now shown up twice and not been seen. mind you i also have two kids under two i have to get in and out each time ridiculous.
