RecommendedOur entire birth experience at Virtua Voorhees was amazing! The entire facility is pristine, very new and clean. The staff is also top notch...Every nurse, doctor and staff member made us feel comfortable, and important as though we were the only people there. The food was delicious! Office staff very rude. Refusing to refill scripts due to an old bill I never received and claim they are unable to send a statement to show why I owe money. Apparently they sent the bill to an address I hadn’t lived in for 17 years.
Virtua’ handling of the vaccine roll out is freaking horrible!! They called me literally 5 times because they were getting my appointment and Kayla’s appointment confused. Was assured it was fixed only to get notification one was cancelled and can’t get someone on the phone to correct. They suck!
