She always is pleasant and very professional and most and foremost goes the extra step and gives you an excellent customer service! May God Bless her good heart in her job! From the front desk check-in process to the vital sign checks and primary care appointment, this office is wonderful! Shurmaine was helpful, kind, and personable. Dr. Josephson is caring, thorough and proactive. Thanks Virtua team for a positive experience! The MyChart app is also helpful for appointment reminders, prescription refills and chatting with a staff member about health concerns.
