I went to the Virtua Health & Wellness Center for a Mammogram and DEXA Scan and when I arrived to sign in, the front desk staff could not find my DEXA scan script but had my Mammogram script. They told me that they could sign me in for the Mammogram but not the DEXA. So, I waited until I was called for that. The person called me, and her name was Kelly asked me how I was doing today, and I told her I was upset. We continued to walk and talk, and I explained what happened. Went in to have bloodwork drawn and to see Dr. Angelotti for routine care. I was taken care of, and all my concerns were addressed. Michele was very patient and gentle when taking my lab draws. 100% recommend Michele and Dr. Angelotti.
My recent visit was a very good experience. As a new patient the front desk guided me through the paperwork requirements. The MA, Lynda Matthews put me right at ease. Her attention to detail and caring ways put me at ease right away. Beth was friendly and professional. I felt everyone really cared about my health and wanted to help me feel better. The worst place ever, the night staffs are the worst that I never seen during the time that my self as been in the medical field. As a nurse went to that place with major pain, no one care , makes you wait for hours with out giving you a pain medication. That is terrible . Those people shouldn’t have a job.
