My visit to Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital was great. Valet parking & friendly and helpful staff throughout my visit! Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Michelle was excellent with my labs!
I am in the ER right now with my son. There is very little customer service, little to no communication. The staff is not organized. We don’t know the names of the nurses because they have all their name tags turned backwards nor do they offer. There is no sign in the room for instructions or who are on duty in the ER. We have to keep asking. When we ask we are looked upon as if we are bothering them. No results of any of the tests. The nurse said the tests were all good we are going to discharge him after he eats.
