Felt like I was cattle. Do not recall one professional in there minimally introducing themselves. I was seen by a APN. Who clearly knows her book knowledge but not medicine. I had to help her figure out what to do in my situation. I was met with eye rolls and rude faces. It left me wanting to tell her nothing about my health. As a matter of fact she missed vital questions. I’ve been practicing nursing for 30 years. Not only was this long & drawn out but it has left me stressed out.
The staff was really rude at the reception specially the lady name Zrivera.

She really spoiled my mood and unnecessarily made us wait. They had no respect for anyone's time. I really hope this review reach the management.
For occupational health: they have no consideration for one's time because we are hostage to get the employment screening for work. Dana, the scheduler, should get a YouTube channel to lull people to sleep, never have made a slower appointment. The sign at the desk points to occupational health one side and urgent care another, still the receptionist was looking down and asked curtly 'are you here for employer', 'me?' ,'yeah you' and directs me back to the other side. Everyone was so nice at this location. Your greeted with smiles in all departments. I went for a physical and arrived early. Everything was completed in good timing. Ingrid C. Was awesome! She explained and answered all of my questions in details! She was patient and kind. The man at the front desk receptionist was also kind and cheerful! So was everyone in the Physical Therapy department. I left my ID at the desk and one receptionist came all the way out to parking lot to hand it to me before I pulled off.
