The staff was really rude at the reception specially the lady name Zrivera. She was also incompetent.I mean how can someone be in customer service with this attitude. She really spoiled my mood and unnecessarily made us wait. They had no respect for anyone's time. I really hope this review reach the management.

For occupational health: they have no consideration for one's time because we are hostage to get the employment screening for work. Dana, the scheduler, should get a YouTube channel to lull people to sleep, never have made a slower appointment. The sign at the desk points to occupational health one side and urgent care another, still the receptionist was looking down and asked curtly 'are you here for employer', 'me?' ,'yeah you' and directs me back to the other side. Everyone was so nice at this location. Your greeted with smiles in all departments. I went for a physical and arrived early. Everything was completed in good timing. Ingrid C. Was awesome! She explained and answered all of my questions in details! She was patient and kind. The man at the front desk receptionist was also kind and cheerful! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Employers find a new occupational health office. They take 2 hours to complete a new hire physical which is CRAZINESS. They are rude, unhelpful, and move with NO urgency. If there is another location and option that you can go to for your healthcare needs go there and don’t waste your time.

I received a phone call there was a cancellation so I could move my pre-employment physical appointment up as I had requested. I arrived 5 minutes early and my name was called right away. Every step of the way from my initial paperwork to blood pressure, other screenings, and meeting with a doctor, plus a trip over to physical therapy for a lift test were all done without more than a couple minutes wait time. Entire staff was professional and friendly. I was in and out in 60 minutes. Highly recommend.
