Exceptional staff! Everyone was amazing from start to finish.
First the environment of this office is such a nice change, it’s calm and peaceful. The receptionists up front are kind when checking me in. Now I’ve seen Dr. Kelly and Dr. Yurkanin, both are amazing and really take the time to answer my questions or concerns I have. I absolutely recommend this office to friends and family.
This is a review of the Virtua/office mismanagement, as I have not received care here and will not do so in the future. Virtua more or less tries to force you to use MyChart to establish care with them. Setting aside the utter privacy nightmare that MyChart is (go read their "limitation of liability" especially if you are a woman of childbearing age in 2025 America...), its UI is a disaster and you can't respond directly to all messages. First. I don't ever post like this, but I cannot begin to explain the absolutely AWFUL customer service and bedside manner of this place. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves.
