The doctor won’t return calls or answer questions, even from other doctors. The staff is disrespectful and rudely hung up on my mother when she asked if she could leave a message for the doctor. I’m urging her to switch doctors as her treatment here has been unacceptable.
My husband and I are extremely pleased with this practice. The staff provides kind and professional interaction. Patients are seen in a timely manner with little or no wait. Dr. T is absolutely wonderful. He is knowledgeable and demonstrates true concern for his patients.
This practice has went downhill since Dr. Scott left. I'm currently on dialysis and have been for over a year. I had picked this practice because of Dr Scott being the number 1 of this field. Since she has left they have not been doing there job. I'm supposed to be seen every week at the dialysis center and haven't been seen on the weekly since March of this year.
