Front desk or nurses were negligent today. Poor patient was left barely able to walk unattended in parking area. My wife went inside to call attention to poor man. The front desk staff took their sweet time to send a nurse with a wheelchair to help this man. They have no handicapped parking in front either. I hope a doctor-manager in charge reads this and takes some actions to coach front desk staff on patient care with a higher sense of urgency.
