This is my first visit, and I was seen very promptly after my punctual arrival. Dr. Ra is professional, thorough, helpful, and friendly. He took the time to explain to me clearly and patiently what I need to know. All the people there, including the nurse, the front desk people, are all very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Ra and this practice.
