Waiting over 7 hours just to see a Dr is ridiculous
I just had my hip replaced here. Every experience I had was positive from the minute I walked in until discharge. Every person, even people passing me in the hall were kind and acknowledged me. My surgery team nurses and doctor ( Efrain Paz) were always informative , professional, and personal. I stayed overnight and the nurses on the ward were all very nice. Even the repair guys gave me positive comments when they saw me doing my PT. This hospital made a tough experience delightful to say the least.
