Shannon was an excellent tech. I didn't even feel a pinch.
Joanne, the registrar was very nice and helpful. Jamie, the US Tech made me feel comfortable when doing the procedure.
I recently had an outpatient procedure and my care team was exemplary. From my pre- op nurse who was calming,understanding , and very thorough catching an allergy on my chart before others, my anesthesiologist did great since I remember nothing except his sense of humor. I had a fantastic Dr. who was thoughtful enough to know I wanted to see pics and took great care of me. My nurse for discharge was so good,she knew the questions/answers before I asked. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. My last appointment was with Shannon Morris, and she was extremely kind and excellent at her job. I usually bruise after having my blood drawn, but this time I didn’t have any bruising at all, which was amazing! She made the whole experience so much easier.
