Been in the waiting room for 35 minutes, I go up to ask how much longer, they tell me another 45mins. Wow.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Green from start to finish. Dr. Green was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process of my surgery. The staff were just as incredible. Alessia the PA, was kind, helpful, and attentive every step of the way. They answered all of my questions, checked in on me, and truly made me feel cared for. I am glad my doctor recommended this practice! I felt at ease from the moment I went into the office. Jocelyn, Kenya and Michelle were professional and kind and wanted to help me in any way they could. They, along wirh Dr. Green, had me at ease and understanding process and procedure! Thank you!
The surgeon Dr Bowers and his nurse Michelle Smith don't seem to communicate. The nurse lies and acts very unprofessional. I liked that I picked the surgeon to do my hysterectomy but right before the 4th of July holiday, that nurse became hostile and combative with me for no reason. She needs retraining in customer/patient care. She also over stepped her boundaries. I won't recommend MIGS to anyone I know until they switch out the nurse.
Dr. Green's entire team was excellent from beginning to end. This was hopefully my last surgery, but the standard set by this group has surpassed anything I have ever experienced. They all listened and explained the entire process. I felt like I was always in good hands. It took me being older than a half century to finally get the type of care I expected.
