I was recently in need of an MRI for my brain. From the moment I approached the check-in desk until I exited the department I was treated warmly, kindly, professionally and patiently. Getting an MRI - especially a head MRI - can be a nerve-racking experience but the team at Virtua Mt. Holly did everything within their power to make me as comfortable and relaxed as possible. All things considered, I can't imagine how the experience could have been better. Highly recommended.
I had to get an X-ray of my Lumbar region yesterday. I was dreading it because the previous time I came several months ago prior to an operation. The technician did not speak English clearly, and he kept having me move, He kept changing My positions and this went on for several minutes and I was in a lot of pain ! The lady handling my imaging (I believe it says Cathe?) was amazing. The registrar Jeanne left something to be desired. I came in and told her about my appts, and she immediately deadnames me. This obviously threw me off because when I go to the Virtua Pride clinic, I have never been deadnamed a single time, including when checking in. I then expressed confusion to her because MyChart was showing a huge copay when my insurance fully covers diagnostic testing.
