Just wanted to give a shout out to the Building B, 5th floor staff.....just amazing care....we are fortunate they answered their calling......from the nurses to housekeeping, everyone was professional, caring and very concerned about the comfort and dignity of their patients.
They treat me very well God bless them all.And they treated me quick.
It really depends on the time of your emergency. My daughter was referred over from Lourdes Urgent care to the chikdren’s E.R. with concern that she may have appendicitis. We waited over 2 hours before being triaged. I went to the emergency room myself recently and waited less than 10 minutes before seeing triage. Once you get into the curtains or JT section of the rooms things can move slow depending on the care you need. The nursing staff and technical staff and caring and empathetic.
