my procedure to install a stent 0n 2/6/25 by Dr Krisch went very well with assistance from Nurses Sharon & Rosa and his team
Worst experience ever for endoscopy and colonoscopy. Traumatized by insults from both nurse and Dr. then more so on top of that after Dr calls me with backhanded apology saying I took it out of context. I say no, dr insulted me and I was insulted. Sorry, I’m not laughing when your supposed to be serving the community and I trusted Dr only to be dehumanized. I consented to procedure not to insults just as they are about to put me out. My care at Virtua was top notch. Dr. Shmuts was thorough, gentle and caring and pleasant to talk to in the office and at the hospital. The nurses were pleasant and thoroughly explained my procedure. I felt safe,koodos to the other doctors and nurses, seeing to my care.
Terrible experience. Went in because I was vomiting up blood. Sat there in a freezing waiting for two hours with no assistance. When I got there there were only four people in front of me. When I asked how much longer it would be after those two hours of waiting they told me they had no idea when they could see me. By that time the waiting room was packed and we were definitely not 6 feet apart. I had to leave to find another facility. I guess vomiting up blood is not much of a medical emergency at Virtua!
