I had the opportunity of getting blood work done at the Virtua lab service in Berlin. My first time now I was greeted by TONIA cheerful professional way a personality was infectious because she was so cheerful. Blood work quick and painless . In addition to Tonia greeted by the front desk and professionally and my wait time was very minimal
Veronica did my lab work and she was friendly and efficient… I hardly even felt the needle go in… check in at the desk was easy and checking in with info with another lady was easy… everyone was friendly and I was in and out in no time :)
On time, efficient and everyone is pleasant from time I walked in from security, check in and Veronica my phlebotomist. Will definitely go back when needed.
