I saw Sonia, and she was a great technician. She was efficient, very kind, and made it an enjoyable experience.
Sonia was amazing! Noticed I was nervous without me saying anything and took extra care right away. And I could barely feel the needle which she managed to keep totally steady through the vial exchanges. I'm not sure of the name of the staff person at the check in counter this morning, but she was amazing too!
Friendly, caring, professional staff, from front desk guard to registrar Alina to Sheana who drew blood.
My 17 year old daughter had blood drawn by Sonia & Amanda. They were wonderful and gentle with her. It was a great experience.
