My boyfriend came here a few weeks ago and was able to be seen. They took his insurance information etc. He comes back for a follow up appointment as requested and when he showed up they said they cancelled the appointment because the insurance is from PA. They said they tried to call the day before. Well 1. They should have called at least a few days before. 2. Why didn’t they say anything the first time he came in for a visit? I recently moved into the area and looked up an endocrinologist practice to entrust my health. I'm 76yrs old with type 2 diabetes. My first appointment with Jamie Shelton, NP was within days. She was excellent in our initial consultation... attentive, knowledgeable and precise. at least 20 minutes of getting my health history down. And a great personality! My next appointment is with Dr Samantha Sokoloff in 3 months. Great experience so far and looking forward to meeting more of this team.
I thought I would never be able to use my thumbs again. I am so blessed to have found these PT professionals. I would recommend going here instead of anywhere else. I personally dealt with Jason, Karli, and Annie the most. All three of them are quite possibly the nicest people you will ever meet. They are very kind and friendly and knowledgeable. I actually wish I had to keep going they were all so great! Going to PT was actually something I looked forward to thanks to these people! Thank you all so much for being amazing!
I had to come here for a physical. The nurses were nice as well as front desk staff.
