The staffs and doctors treated my dad with the upmost respect. I recommend coming here to get treated. Location is a 5 star. So I guess now you are asking why I gave Virtua a 3 star rating. Let me explain. My dad was transferred to Virtua in Voorhees. The EMT guy with the dumb mohawk, treated my mom and I as if we worked for him. He is bossy with an attitude. Visited the ER of this location the evening of Nov. 9, 2025. The male Patient Access Representative tried to refuse me medical services due to not having a physical form of ID for him to scan, however, I was willing and able to provide him with the digital form of my identification on my cellular device which is not able to be scanned. I came here after a suspected exposure to Datura and I was placed in the hallways for waiting. There was an active shooter drill and I was followed by a lot of random Indian people too who were sitting in front of me. They seemed nice and at about 2pm I was seen my the doctor and given the all clear. They have me a yellow ticket and I went on my merry way.
