I would like to commend Ashley for making an exceptional effort on my behalf so that I could obtain my prescription. She contacted my doctor multiple times as they were not responsive and she made sure the prescription was approved for insurance coverage. I am so disappointed in CASTLE program. He started the program and missed a few days. They then DISCHARGED him and said he couldn't come back. They turned him away when he needed help the most. This is the OPPOSITE of what you would expect from a program like this. God forbid your child gets sick or something happens, you won't be able to stay. They claim they want to help BUT THEY DONT.
