Dr. Figueredo is an exceptional surgeon but her staff at this location needs to have some customer service training. I spoke to a Janice and she was very aggressive with me. Also earlier in the morning I spoke with a very helpful person and was told Miranda would call me back and I am still waiting. I hope in the future they become more sensitive to the patients needs.
