Dr Ragland and the entire team are wonderful and have been each time I have visited their offices. However the new process of scheduling an appointment was terrible. I am no longer able to book an appointment online and the phone system was terrible. When I called I was #43 in line to speak with someone. I couldn’t sit on the phone that long so I chose to get a call when it was my turn. It took over 2 hours for someone to call back.
I came in less than a year ago and saw Dr. Wagner for the first time complaining of wrist pain that I’ve had for nearly a decade. She was excellent, pinpointed the issues causing the pain, scheduled a surgery date, and most importantly listened to any concerns I have. She explained the procedure and made sure the process would be smooth sailing. I had my pre-op with Michael, my post-op with Erin, saw Allison and Deborah for physical therapy. Overall great place and I’m very pleased with my surgery. Thank you Dr. Ragland , Erin and Laura for everything. Only complaint i have is the receptionist who filled in for Laura July 1-5 2024 . The interaction was very unprofessional , and rude “ I’ll get to it if i get to it , I have 70 patients of my own that I have to tend to “ . Not sure of the receptionist name but during the call she was rude and condescending. The interaction was so frustrating that I did use profanity on the call , not directed at her I just cussed ... read more
