Very short wait times. Staff is friendly and fast. Dr. Pandey is kind and caring.
Speaking with an associate (Natlie) to research for medical records was such a pleasant experience, very helpful. She took the time to find the info. Explain what she found and sent the records to are current physician.
The facility very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff (team) very professional and welcoming. The nurses are very well trained, professional, amazingly skilled, and beyond friendly, considerate, conscious, and caring. The leadership should be proud!!! My primary nurse (for all of my visits) was Laura Tychchenko was beyond amazing. Please note I am a high-level health professional. I am very critical when being cared for and Laura was absolutely the best. Kind regards, Christopher Haughey
