I arrived for my scheduled March 12th 11 am appointment with Dr. Punitha Shivaprasad at 10:40 am. At 11:45 am, still waiting, I ended up going to the front desk to get a refund on my copay. The entire time no one ever came up to me to say the doctor was running extremely behind.... if she even was.... or apologized for the delay, including after the fact where I received no call from the doctor or a member of her staff.
