From the beginning Sarah k was amazing she was so sweet and nice made me feel great about this being my first time here. Theresa J was great she made my son feel at ease and she assured me everything would fine.Samuel Green P.A. was amazing I knew when he first walked in I was in good hands. He put my mind at ease about my son’s foot and I appreciate him.The team was amazing. I just wana thank them all for being so Kind and efficient.
First, I wish to thank the administrative staff who are so welcoming upon entering the facility. Secondly, I appreciated Kerry G. Anderson, Lisa Hall, and Stefanie Goldbold for your support and guidance. Dr. Jain, thank you for all of your guidance, support answering all my questions, listening to my apprehensions and reassuring me as the date approached, and is now passed with success during the Total Knee Replacement (TKR) journey. Dr. Jain and his staff are the epitome of Excellence.
Today I saw Dr. Loccisano & Gary and I am so glad I was referred to him for my knees. My previous ORTHO did not explain or educate me in the seriousness of my injuries. Truly I am grateful for this experience because I deserve to have a Doctor who cares about my wellbeing to give it to me straight and offer options VS. treating me like another number or dollar sign. Thank you Dr. Loccisano for treating me like a human being that deserves your speciality and attention. 🙏😉👌
