Do not see Dr Michael Ngu ESPECIALLY if you are a woman. He ignored multiple abnormal test results and blamed these results on birth control that has been taken for over 12 years with no issues and provides no valid explanation as to why. If you ask for clarification he will raise his voice at you to the point of yelling.
Michael NGU, has no business being an Endocrinology specialist. I went to this office to only be disappointed and left with more questions than what I started with. Please find another specialist with actual experience and don’t waste your time or money. This specialist failed to request the proper testing that I needed, no follow up, and just kept throwing things up in the air to see what sticks. I am never going back to this office. Looking for a new specialist with some actual experience.
Website lets you make an appointment, they wait 10 DAYS until the day before the scheduled appt to tell you that they're cancelling it on you because they "require a diagnosis and a referral" -- Scheduling on the website said NOTHING about needing dx or referral (insurance didn't even require it, the office does), and the person on the phone sounds all too happy to have cancelled that appointment you've been desperately waiting for before even talking it over with you, even when you have a primary visit scheduled before then... read more
