What a wonderful experience!! No one ever wants to visit an ER, but I didnt have a choice, with my family physician's office being closed and knew that an urgent care does not do any testing I decided to try the Berlin location. I cannot say enough about Kaitlyn ( registration) and my nurse Stefanie B, Michelle in CT and Dr Miller. You all are just so wonderful!!!! You all were so kind and caring . This has the RUDEST nurses I have ever met. Their immediate demeanor and tone is so cold and off putting. They didn't help us out when we needed a wheelchair. They stand there waiting for you to get in when it's obvious we needed the help. I'm shocked at how unprofessional and rude these two nurses were. I'd strongly recommend literally anywhere else before coming here. It's also a tiny ER. It feels more like an Urgent Care than ER. Go to a bigger ER has the nicer nursing staff and equipment.

If you want to be taken seriously and you are a 17-30 yr old, this is NOT your place. They seem to think we all want something from them or are trying to tell them how to do their jobs. No... We just want care like everyone else but just aren't taken seriously unless we are cut open head to toe, insides pouring out, as we hobble in (and that's all ONLY if we pretend to be nieve to any medical term or anything going on with our OWN bodies). It's disgusting.
