I came in with terrible back and chest pain. I thought I was having a heart attack. They got me in quickly and helped to calm me down. Staff was super personable snd friendly and answered all my questions in a humanistic approach. Thankfully it was heart issues, but rather gallstone issues. I pray my insurance pays for the amount of tests they ran to find the problem, which included a scan with iodine, EKG, and ultrasound. Dr and nurse had so much bedside manner. They were friendly but the receptionist was nasty and even gave me a dirty look while exiting . Terrible especially when it's already nervy being in an emergency room. Need training perhaps.

QUICK EDIT! THIS REVIEW SAT IN MY DRAFTS! 5 and a half hours I sat in your ER holding my neck!!!! My dad (who took me) was right, I should’ve went to Voorhees. I was cleaning a large thin glass decorative bowl I was holding at the mouth (not smart I know now), it broke in my hand causing me to slice my throat MILLIMETERS from my jugular. I explained I have zero reason to be suicidal I just didn’t do a cleaning task safely.
