I had an ultrasound this morning at (Berlin) Virtua Outstanding staff, quick easy and efficient Adriana checked me in. I did not wait long and then I had the pleasure of having an ultrasound done by Tatiana who was friendly thorough and wonderful… very efficient I will be coming here and I got an appointment very fast. I didn’t have to wait months to get one. also had bloodwork by Tonia was so friendly made me feel so comfortable and did a very efficient job. I will be coming back here for tests as it is so much easier.

I came in with terrible back and chest pain. I thought I was having a heart attack. They got me in quickly and helped to calm me down. Staff was super personable snd friendly and answered all my questions in a humanistic approach. Thankfully it was heart issues, but rather gallstone issues. I pray my insurance pays for the amount of tests they ran to find the problem, which included a scan with iodine, EKG, and ultrasound. Dr and nurse had so much bedside manner. They were friendly but the receptionist was nasty and even gave me a dirty look while exiting . Terrible especially when it's already nervy being in an emergency room. Need training perhaps.
