I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had an appointment scheduled for 5 months ago, and just received a last-minute cancellation email. I had booked a trip home based on this appointment. Despite multiple calls, messages to the doctor, and a personal visit, I was told there are no available appointments, and I'll have to wait another 6 months. From day one it has been an ongoing issue when it came to “care” no one answers the phone. The doctor I’m being treated by clearly doesn’t like me and won’t return my MYCHART messages. I feel like a lab rat, there’s no care or compassion. I feel completely alone and scared for my future.

Whoever manages the scheduling should probably be reevaluated. I see I’m not the only person leaving a review on this subject. I’ve called multiple days and left voicemails. No one answers the phone or calls back for setting up an appointment.
