Whoever manages the scheduling should probably be reevaluated. I see I’m not the only person leaving a review on this subject. I’ve called multiple days and left voicemails. No one answers the phone or calls back for setting up an appointment.

My gut hurts now. You give a big speach about gut health but you are available one day out of the month. Have to wait for 2 months to be seen. Will check insurance to see if I have other options. And the next person concerned about me forgetting my insurance card is going on my list of do not call. P.S. Loraine, you have to call their call center which is a joke.

My mom has called multiple times to have the referrals sent to the hospital, but no one is answering the phone. Who is managing this place? They need to be replaced. We are still waiting for someone to call us back. People, you might not get the help you need in time at this facility. Avoid this place for the sake of your health and safety.

I have called several times and left voice mails trying to make an appointment. They called back once when I wasn’t able to answer. I tried returning the phone call for several days and left several voice mails. Still no luck. I guess I will have to change my referral.
