My recent CT scan experience couldn't have been more positive. From Christina and Mary at the front desk to the whole CT team, Mary, Joe, Kathy, Tim and Candace, everyone was pleasant and encouraging from start to finish. They were professional, competent, patient, reassuring and fully explained everything. I started out being alittle anxious, but I quickly turned to feeling relaxed because of how well I was treated and how well I felt I was being taken care of. Thank you all.
Great experience at Virtua Moorestown. Everyone was pleasant and explained what they were doing and what the next step in the prodcedure would be. Made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I highly recommend the staff at Virua Moorestown .
Good experience! Everyone was so polite and professional. From intake to team members who did their best IV, to technicians who administered the test, everyone made sure they explained everything and ensured my comfort.
I wasn't going to share a post but with the way I was treated I just had to. My experience was the best from the moment I walked in . I was greeted ( Vanessa )professionally and courteous. After a few minutes my nurse( Diana )called me in. She was so kind and gentle not understanding what the exact procedure was. Marcella is truly an asset. She helped me navigate the process of getting a calcium score done for my mom and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. She was kind, patient, and took the time to clear up any confusion. Even when the doctor’s office calling for the test didn’t understand the process, Marcella stayed diligent and walked them through it step by step. Her professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful for her support.
