Remember to ask as many questions as you need for the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to your needs. This is a program that one needs, especially after open heart surgery. I knew I would benefit from cardiac rehab, I didn't know how much I would enjoy it. The staff is great! Ian, Karen, Paige and Cindy are helpful, attentive, encouraging, informative, friendly and fun! They inspired me to do my best which brought about my improved heart function. Ian gives us health information needed to continue to improve our health and fun facts on Friday :-) They encourage you to take what you learn about exercising, medicine and health and make it a part of our everyday life.
