When I first joined Viriva in 2010, I was over-the-moon happy with them. They offered me a great rate on my credit card, allowed me to do a balance transfer, and were thoroughly responsive to my calls and inquiries. For well over a year, however, their customer service has deteriorated to such a point that it barely even still exists.
