I’m writing this review for a friend of mine, she doesn’t have Facebook, but I feel everyone needs to know about this location. Her and her husband came in this morning and sat down and waited over 20 minutes and no one came to check on them or get them coffee or water. They watched as other people sat down and waiters and waitresses came to serve them. They also watched as another couple that sat down after them was not getting service either. I went to virgs last week to lunch with a friend and I got the cheese quesadilla, it was much smaller in size then I’ve ever seen it and when I got the ticket I was charged the almost $7 that it says the quesadilla costs and then there was a $0.65 charge for cheese I’ve never been charged for cheese for a cheese quesadilla before but was told it’s how they always bill it. I won’t be going back to the west valley location even though the Taylorsville location is more of a drive I’ll be going there from now on
Haven't been back for years because the servers always forgot us. What happens the first time we came back? Yep we were forgotten as soon as we got our food. We couldn't get a refill on drink or napkins etc.
food is great, service excellent, all around great place to eat!!
