I placed an order 2 weeks ago for tomorrow’s date. They had a calendar on their website of available dates to pick from. The website clearly states there is no delivery fee, which is one of the reasons I ordered from Yard Works. I received a phone call the day before my order is supposed to be delivered and was told they don’t have a driver for Ashland tomorrow and I will either have to reschedule and wait a week and a half or pay a delivery fee of $35.
