Today was my first visit to your practice. Mia was absolutely wonderful, but I was disappointed with the front desk experience. The reception staff seemed more focused on a personal conversation than helping patients. I needed assistance checking in because I had forgotten my glasses and couldn’t read the screen. One receptionist told me to have a seat while the other continued chatting with a coworker.
