Staff is always polite and professional. The area is well maintained, clean unit and grounds were free of trash.
The people who operate the Berkley Road N E store in Roanoke Va 24012 are the best.
I signed up, reserved, paid and signed my lease all online on the first day they had switched to the new system. When I arrived at my storage unit I discovered that the unit the system assigned to me was already occupied. I went up to the front desk with my "issue" and the guy working quickly resolved it and assigned me a new unit. Easy peasy. He was polite and quick. So far so good!
