My mom had a kidney stone in which it took two separate weekend visits to the ED and long hours of waiting for diagnosis. Because of her 10 out of 10 pain, we were able to get seen by Virginia Urology pretty quickly after I called them to schedule an appointment for her. Everyone from the front desk staff to the provider to the X-ray technician was superb. Dr Szobota has taken excellent care of my husband and Dr Monahan has taken good care of me for over 15 years. All the staff is helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this practice.
My experience with Dr. Cotes has been fine but the front desk staff takes forever to talk to.
Wonderful staff
I Had Open Heart Surgery on 10/16/24 and went to VA Urology on 11/04/24 for a PET Scan. The Nurses that assisted me were nothing less than WONDERFUL. They treated me like gold. As you can imagine I was in pain from my recent heart surgery and the nurse took me to the imaging area in a wheel chair, brought me heated blankets to keep me warm while I waited my turn for the scan. Top notch care from my arrival to my departure. Thank you for all you do !
