Not aimed at this location. Had symptoms of kidney stone. Extreme pain. Called after hours option from automated system. Nurse calls me back, I asked about the kidney stone hot line, "I don't know anything about that". Advised if in extreme pain etc, go to ER. I did. Nurse said if I call back in the morning "they will work me in". So I did. There is no work in. There was only availability at the farthest locations from me, but she offered to have a nurse call me. My mom had a kidney stone in which it took two separate weekend visits to the ED and long hours of waiting for diagnosis. Because of her 10 out of 10 pain, we were able to get seen by Virginia Urology pretty quickly after I called them to schedule an appointment for her. Everyone from the front desk staff to the provider to the X-ray technician was superb. We saw Dr. Rhamy and he had great bedside manner and was caring and took his time in explaining his assessment and plan. Wait times were also very minimal. I would definit... read more
Dr Szobota has taken excellent care of my husband and Dr Monahan has taken good care of me for over 15 years. All the staff is helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this practice.
My experience with Dr. Cotes has been fine but the front desk staff takes forever to talk to.
