Dr Szobota has taken excellent care of my husband and Dr Monahan has taken good care of me for over 15 years. All the staff is helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this practice.
My experience with Dr. Cotes has been fine but the front desk staff takes forever to talk to.
Wonderful staff
I Had Open Heart Surgery on 10/16/24 and went to VA Urology on 11/04/24 for a PET Scan. The Nurses that assisted me were nothing less than WONDERFUL. They treated me like gold. As you can imagine I was in pain from my recent heart surgery and the nurse took me to the imaging area in a wheel chair, brought me heated blankets to keep me warm while I waited my turn for the scan. Top notch care from my arrival to my departure. Thank you for all you do !
The representative that answered my call to set up a new patient appointment was not friendly at all along with being rude. She put me on hold when I was still talking for an example. Its a shame especially from a doctors office who should have people that care and want to help. Then she hung up before everything was finished while I was asking a question about registering on their portal. I had to call back and wait on hold again!
