The one review about Dr Siddhi Joshi must've been on a busy day. I'm sad she left VUPC. They have no more women doctors. Joshi helped me a lot when she was here. She was the one who helped prescribe me birth control to manage my pcos symptoms. Helped me order my obgyn appointment to help further diagnose my pcos. The receptionist is great except recently they gave me a new prescription with the wrong birth control type even after having spelt it out over phone. So, now I'm stuck with a birth control issue. This review would not be five stars. If it hadn’t been for Andrea at the front desk she is the face of this clinic, pleasant and patient with everyone she interacts with of different cultures and language barriers. Otherwise, my experience here has been okay
Dr. Mathur is a good professional who gives confidence and explains with patience. The staff is friendly.
My mom and I found Dr. Mathur thanks to a recommendation from a wonderful visiting nurse who cared for my mom after a hospitalization. We were very unhappy with her previous primary care physician. Dr. Mathur is the first physician my mom has trusted in a long time. He takes the time to listen, and he spotted an issue right away that she hadn’t even considered — which she is now being treated for by a specialist. I just went to this place. It’s a Virginia urgent care and primary care. Well how about this apparently on Thursdays they are not urgent care they’re just primary care so of course I went to get treated for something and I was turned away so I would say if you have an urgent care man don’t go to this place first because Yeah they only seem to have primary care mainly so for any parent who has a child or an adult who is in a serious you know where they require urgent, immediate treatment I wouldn’t stop here
