It was my first time going to Virginia tire and auto. I met Jose and he was so attentive and knowledgeable about my car and he explained to me the differences between tires and the suspension components that would make my car drive like new again. He made it simple for me to understand. I noticed how he interacted with the customers before me and he provided me with the same level of professional and courtesy. After multiple failed attempts at standard balancing to fix a persistent vibration, I requested a Road Force Balance. My Service Advisor, JOSE, took the time to explain why that wouldn't solve the issue, identifying 'tire cupping' as the true culprit instead. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism; he saved me both time and money by being transparent rather than just taking the order. Excellent, knowledgeable service."
