Short story is this place takes over 5 hours to inspect and certify emissions on one car. Unless you have a great desire to be a contentious customer. And I'm not inclined to create hassles with the place doing my state required inspections, lest I end up with a large bill to get my car legally on the road. Long story. Should’ve read the reviews before going. Disappointed.
Easily a 5* review, Ms. Reilly was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and was patient as well, as I have a hard time speaking faster sometime. The others there the last time I had come by were very rude and treated me almost as rudely, as opposed to her. I will be coming back again, and making sure my wife calls ahead to make sure Ms. Reilly is working, or we won't go at all. Scott, the manager, was extremely aggressive and rude on the phone. I understand its difficult when I don't know exactly what services I need done to my car, but I feel like he could have offered solutions like asking me to bring my car in for inspection. Instead, he just aggressively and repeatedly asked what specific services I need, as if that will somehow put the knowledge in my head. I will no longer use this company again.
