Made an appointment for 11am. They said would be done around 3. All I was having done was a slow leak in tire. Back at 3. They said they couldn't get to it today...get this... NO ONE THERE COULD DRIVE A MANUAL STICK SHIFT. NO CALL. I certainly wouldn't take my car there for anything
What a waste of time! Scheduled an appointment for a tire repair to specifically come out and learn they are not doing tire repair. Could have just told me that the are too busy for a simple tire repair. Never again
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Booked an appointment with the day prior. I show up to the shop and the clerk tells me they won’t be able to get my vehicle serviced, regardless of my confirmed appointment. They couldn’t schedule me the day after. Extremely disappointed in the service I have received here.
Requested and paid for Hunter Road force Balancing. I was never provided with a report from the machine. If the machine was unable to print a report, I would have greatly appreciated being told so UP FRONT.
I have been a satisfied customer for few years. Recently, something has changed. They botched my tesla alignment. Became very defensive when I brought it back. They charged 2x the regular alignment due to the "complexity" and the extra "knowledge" per the store manager. But they don't seem to know or want to learn what that knowledge is. They have no clue how to work on Teslas. Even after recheck, the steering wheel is still 7 degrees off. Bringing it back is futile.
