Scheduled a simple appointment and took quite a while to complete. It was also fairly expensive, there are probably better options in the area.
I had a very disappointing experience at Virginia Tire & Auto of Vienna during my recent state inspection. My vehicle was rejected because the inspector, Eric, claimed my driver-side rear tail light failed due to a “lens crack emitting white light.” This is simply not true — the bulb still emits the correct color, the red lens is intact, and no off-color light shines through the minor crack. Took two days to do a two hour repair, did not communicate, did not honor agreements. Fully dissatisfied with the experience. Would not recommend under any circumstances.
Had a nail in rear tire. Stephanie tells me its unrepairable and suggests buying at least two new tires to keep wear constant to the tune of $900. Took it to peidmont tire and auto next door. A $35 patch. Thank you Ryan at Peidmont. 1st class Peidmont service
