Refuse to install brand new customer supplied tires - why? They make more money selling tires to you, makes you wonder. Plenty of businesses will install directly if you get your own tires from Tire rack online and will save you a lot of cash.

If I could give lower, I would. They failed my car for dry rot in the tires for the VA Inspection. I asked the manager to explain to me how my car was actually at a threat to safety (there were incredibly small hairlines fractures) to which I got reprimanded for questioning the accuracy of the inspection. It also took an HOUR for them to fail me. They told me I would have no chance to pass if I retry elsewhere and boy were they wrong. Went down street and passed in 15 minutes. Don’t go here

The service at this location went from great to pretty bad in the recent 2 years. Booking the time for the appointment doesn't mean much (except that you HAVE to be there by the time you book BUT that doesn't mean the work will be started any time soon). I came for the oil service (which usually takes not more than 30 minutes) and was told the wait time is over 4 hours! The branch manager Jonathan wasn't even trying to be helpful. Not sure if this is the trend for the whole chain or just that location.

I’ve been a customer for over five years, and today was the worst experience I’ve ever had with your front desk team. I came in with a nail in one of the tires I purchased from you, under your warranty, and was told “no walk-ins” and that I’d have to leave my car until Monday. They weren’t even willing to take a quick look to tell me whether the tire could be repaired or needed to be replaced.That level of dismissiveness toward a long‑time customer is unacceptable.
