I did not expect 89.99 engine oil change (with MyCar club) ended up being 165.90. They said that adding additional 3qt Havoline engine oil raised the price when 5qt Havoline price runs around 35. Nonetheless, the customer should be notified before adding the price hike.
I told them about the noise in the car during service. They told me they fixed it. They did not. When I went back, they said they didn’t find any noise during inspection. I told them it is obvious noise and i can show them the moment the car moves. Said that will cost me money and it against their policy for customers to show mechanic the issue.
