I can’t say enough good things about Virginia Tire & Auto of One Loudoun! The staff is so helpful, sweet, and professional. They really take the time to explain things clearly, which makes the whole process feel stress-free. The shop itself is spotless and welcoming—and they even have a play area for kids, which is such a lifesaver when you’re running errands with little ones. Ladies.... Do not go here. Find a local place. Expensive. Took advantage by adding things on my bill I didn't ask for. 4 month old Tire blew up on highway and fell apart and they wouldn't cover the defective tire. Wasted so much time and money here.
Had a difficult experience with Virginia tire and auto. Long story short My Radiator was replaced incorrectly which caused a massive transmission leak. Although my experience with Peter was professional, I had to get a second opinion from Nissan Safford dealership right down the road to diagnose where the leak was coming from and prove to Peter it was there fault for the Tranmission leak ( I thought was oil from the engine).
