I needed help with maintenance issues and Sean took my call and greeted me at the shop. He is helpful, respectful and sincere. Jim was the mechanic and Sean walked me to my vehicle where Jim was extremely thorough and careful in showing me what would be needed to get my car in the best condition. Deceptive, Overpriced, and Dishonest Business Practices I came to this shop initially for a tire replacement and initially believed it was a professional, trustworthy place. Unfortunately, that couldn’t have been further from the truth. I paid nearly $2,700 for multiple repairs that were NEVER even done, including rear shock absorbers and front strut assemblies. Terrible experiences just don’t do it. Failed me for tires and light bulbs lol (btw my car has passed in the past with this same shop with these bulbs because umm Virginia tire & auto installed them lol) …took it up the street and passed inspection 5 mins later.
