Mariah was tremendous today in attempting to iron out a corporate level disconnect with the MyClub Rewards program and CFNA. Mariah found the investigative contact personnel and delivered the problem. While his was out of her area of responsibility she was magnificent. Thank you Mariah!

After an estimate of a hour and 1 hour 20 minutes lapsed with my car not even moving, I asked what was going on. Apparently someone forgot to tell someone that I was waiting and I was skipped. I finally got my car back after 2 hours. Unacceptable and Rohann didn't seem to give a crap. 1 hours 2 hours what do they care. They did get it done so I guess 2 stars?
