The service was thorough, well done and efficient. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Virginia Tire & Auto of Cascades.
Great service. I had questions for the mechanic that performed the auto-check and he responded promptly. He did a fantastic job!! Will utilize this service in the future, and recommend it to my friends as well.
The workmanship is good. However, the before and after-service are not professional and the pricing seem to be in the high end. The people in the front and in the garage are young professionals who I think need customer service and professional manner training. Not all are like that. There are a few who are very courteous. Every service we had there was at least $500 (we own 2 old models of Honda and Nissan with high mileage) and we expect at least standard after-service. It just was not there.
