I usually come to VTA for routine auto services rather than the dealership because the service is fast and efficient. I don't have to give up an entire day waiting to get my cars back on the road, and if I have to leave one, there is always a friendly offer to have someone to run me home.
These guys provided the absolute best service I have ever received as it relates to exceeding customer expectations. The shop performed the work on time and to my complete satisfaction.

Tire purchase was a great experience; the installation plus basic service was performed the next day and very pleased with the outcome.
These guys always take the time to explain their evaluation in detail and I don't get the feeling they are talking down to me because I'm a woman. They will work to get me the best price they can and if I find a lower price else where they meet it if possible. The service is efficient and I love that they will give you a ride if you need it when dropping off your car.
I had very good service and the special price with the coupon was a bonus. The only hiccup was when I called to ask how long it wouls take, they said it would take about 35 minute and I could wait. After I got there they wanted me to leave it and I came back to pick it up a couple hours later. Even with that I will still return for other service I may need in the future.
Oil change was done as promised. Always great customer service at a very fair price. I'll be back
