Stay away! They literally lie so much just to sell people on stuff. My parents purchased 4 tires from there 6 months ago, and one went flat and they made up a BS excuse as to why they wouldn’t honor their “warranty” and tried making it seem like they needed 4 brand new tires. My friend went today with a flat tire and they “couldn’t patch it” and tried selling him a SINGLE tire for $600!! Awesome service! They were so fast. I was in and out in 20 minutes for a state inspection. Their automated service said to come after the first week of the month, so I did and it was not wrong. Thank you!
It saddens me to write this review, but I feel compelled to share our frustration and disappointment with our recent experience at the Bristow shop regarding our 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. Last month, our check engine light came on with a cylinder 6 misfire code.
