Do not come here for inspection I have been waiting for 3 hrs. They are super slow. Waste of time.
I paid for the diagnostic because I wanted to understand the exact cause of the brake noise. However, the report only states that the brakes are making noise and recommends replacing the front and rear pads and rotors. Since the pads and rotors are brand new, could you please explain the specific reason for recommending replacement? Did you find a defect in the pads or rotors? Did you measure rotor runout or identify a problem with the installation, calipers, or brake hardware? Also, which wheel or axle is causing the noise?... read more
I brought my car here for an oil change after sitting in for more than six hours I had to find out that my car is next in line for oil change. I lost my entire work day just to get an oil change. Poor communication and no organization and one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any of the car servicing company in my life. Good luck everyone.
Quick and easy inspection. Front desk staff was exceptionally professional. They even remained calm when other random walk-ins were unnecessarily rude to them.
