I caught a flat today and the customer service from Beverly was unmatched Troy and chip were a big help and answered a lot of questions and were really friendly I will continue to come here love this place!!! I recommend this place to any one in a bind
I got my inspection there this past week. They said my ball joint was bad, very shaky and moved side to side easily and shouldn’t even be driving with it. I needed to get it fixed now. My bf who’s a mechanic looked at the ball joint, and said it didn’t move, even in the slightest. He tried so hard I fact he was moving the steering wheel and the other wheel. I’ve been a customer here before, but this most recent experience was frustrating and concerning enough that I feel compelled to share. I brought in my 2012 Camry for diagnostics and was given a very large repair estimate. I asked for revised estimates to better understand what was urgent versus what could wait. My car then sat at the shop for most of the week while I waited for those revised estimates, which required multiple follow-ups on my end.
