I’m waiting for my car while it’s in the garage getting an oil change and a tire rotation… I overhear an employee on the phone saying, “how can we make this right?” He keeps his voice low so I can’t hear the whole conversation (lobby is full of people, we don’t need to hear everything). He hangs up and doesn’t talk crap about the customer to his co-worker or share everything that was said. Very classy. I've been coming to this location for years now, and they always take such good care of me and my car. All the staff I've worked with have been awesome, but Beverly goes above and beyond and is just always a delight to work with. Definitely recommend this shop for your car needs.
Update spring ‘26: After a frustrating experience with my spouse’s truck last summer (low quality brake replacement that has given issues ever since), I took my car in here for a tire patch. I was not pleased that it took longer than the quoted time and when I did get a call about the status, the saleswoman let me know they couldn’t even fix the tire (it is what it is) and that they recommend 4 new tires.
