It saddens me to write this review, but I feel compelled to share our frustration and disappointment with our recent experience at the Bristow shop regarding our 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. Last month, our check engine light came on with a cylinder 6 misfire code. We made it very clear to both the salesperson and lead technician that we did not want to invest in expensive repairs if it turned out to be a major engine problem. Service is friendly and easy to deal with. The price is okayish. Slightly cheaper than a dealer as far as an alignment. Tire price was distinctly average for the tires I got. Couple curious things as far as condition report. Oil marked as will need attention, which means it wasn't checked, unless they're looking at the sticker. The oil was replaced before bringing the car in. If you care about that or not is up to you. If I'm to be honest I'd prefer no one touch my oil anyway. New tires were inflated to 38-39psi.
