I never do these kind of reviews but after my husband and I's experience today, people need to know that they should not come to this place. My husband brought his car in for a simple alignment of the front tires because the car was pulling to the right. We came to pick it up, was going home, and my husband said that it was exactly the same as it was when he brought it in. Mind you, we had spent $300 for them to fix it. After a friend of mine had an identical experience at a different location I've decided to post this review. About five months ago I brought in a newer Jetta for an inspection. Was told all rotors and pads needed replacing, and the rotors were slotted so they couldn't be refinished (hence replacing them). They quoted almost a thousand total for the work. They take care of you. Went in for emissions and inspection. The inside employees were very nice and helpful. The technician came out and gave me all of the information on my inspections and explained everything thoroughly. Very helpful and appreciated!
